Who is behind Ubby

Ubby is an independent project by decryptable (sean). This notice covers the Ubby Windows app and this website.

Your Roblox accounts

Saved sign-ins stay on your PC and are protected by Windows. Ubby uses the accounts you add to show profiles, favorites, recommendations and played games, and to open Roblox with the account you choose.

Ubby can automatically find and import existing Roblox sign-ins from installed browser profiles on your PC. During import, it may temporarily copy browser session and account-switcher data on your PC. These local copies can include data for other sites, but are used only to connect your Roblox accounts and are not uploaded. Other sites’ sessions are not added as accounts or used to make requests. Ubby does not use browser history or saved passwords. If browser protection prevents import, you may still need to sign in through Roblox’s official login window.

To read protected browser sign-ins, the import component may launch an additional browser process and inject code into it. It may also try recovery using elevated Windows permissions when available. Security software may flag this activity, and some browser sign-ins may remain unavailable.

Roblox receives the requests needed for those features. Your saved sign-ins are not sent to this website or to the developer. Protect access to your Windows account and only add accounts you are allowed to use.

History and preferences

Ubby keeps app preferences, recent searches and recently opened games locally. You can clear Ubby searches in the app. Clearing them does not erase history held by Roblox.

Favorites and played games shown from your Roblox account belong to Roblox. Changes you make to favorites can update that account. If you approve language sync, Ubby also changes the selected Roblox account’s language; this can affect Roblox outside Ubby.

Sharing on Discord

Discord activity is optional. When enabled, Ubby sends Discord your app or game activity, game name and artwork, and available server details such as player counts. An account avatar may appear with the activity. Visibility also depends on your Discord privacy settings.

A join button can share a link to your current server. Sharing private-server invites requires a separate choice. Anyone who can see or copy a shared invite may be able to use it, subject to Roblox access rules. You can turn activity sharing off in Ubby.

This feature does not require you to give Ubby your Discord password or login token. Ubby does not read Discord messages or build a history of your Discord contacts.

Images and backgrounds

You can choose a local image or an image link for your background. Images downloaded from links are cached on your PC. The image provider receives a connection when Ubby downloads the image. Roblox artwork is also loaded from its image providers.

Choosing a local background does not upload that file to the developer. Turning a background off stops displaying it; it does not by itself erase a previously cached copy.

This website and downloads

This website does not ask for your Roblox or Discord sign-in. Its fonts and page artwork are served with the site. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Vercel hosts the website and may process normal connection details, including your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect it. Download providers also process the connections needed to deliver releases. Operational records are subject to the providers’ retention settings; we do not promise that browsing leaves no records.

We do not sell your personal information or use your app accounts for advertising.

Removing data and getting help

You can remove saved accounts and clear local searches in Ubby. Local app data remains on your device until you remove it; removing an account from Ubby does not delete your Roblox account. Roblox and Discord manage the information already held by their own services.

For privacy questions, requests to access, correct or delete information held by the developer, or to report a problem, contact @sean on TikTok: @sean. Do not send passwords, login sessions or private-server invites. Only share the details needed to describe the issue.

Requests are handled as required by applicable law. Information is kept only as needed to respond, operate and protect the service, or meet legal obligations. This notice will be updated when these practices change.
