An independent project

Ubby is made by decryptable (sean). It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox or Discord. Their names, games and artwork belong to their respective owners.

These terms apply to the Ubby app and website. Using them does not replace the rules of Roblox, Discord or any other service you choose to connect.

Use your own accounts responsibly

Only use accounts, games and server invites you are allowed to access. You are responsible for the activity of the accounts you run through Ubby.

Do not use Ubby to harass others, steal accounts, distribute harmful files, abuse services or bypass access restrictions, safety measures or service limits. Multiple accounts do not give you permission to break a game’s rules.

Follow the age requirements of the services you use. Discord activity is only for people who meet Discord’s minimum age and the minimum age required by local law. If you cannot agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian as required by law.

Downloads and ownership

Use official Ubby releases. Ubby’s own code is closed source; access to the app or website does not give you ownership of its code, name or original artwork. Use of the software follows the license included with the download.

Separately licensed components and third-party content keep their own terms. These terms do not take away permissions or rights that those licenses or applicable law give you.

Your choices

Review the account and server you select before launching. Optional Discord sharing can make your activity and server links visible to others. Only share private invites when you have permission to do so.

If you approve language sync, your selected Roblox account’s language can change outside Ubby too. The Privacy page explains how accounts, history, backgrounds and sharing are handled.

Availability and updates

Roblox, Discord, games and server access can change or become unavailable. Device resources and those services’ rules affect how many Roblox sessions can run. Ubby does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular player count or that a server will still have space when someone joins.

Updates may change features or requirements. When automatic updates are enabled, Ubby can download an official update, install it and restart. Save work before an update. Download availability and release information may be temporarily delayed.

Your rights and contact

Ubby is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, there is no promise that it will be free of errors or meet every need. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
